Study of issues and practices related to managing key employment relationships in both union and non-unionized environments. This includes labor law and public policy, workplace conflict resolution, performance management, collective bargaining, contract administration, perspectives on negotiation, and fair employment practices in a globalized world. Prerequisite or corequisite: MHR 301 or MOL 3301 or PS 259 or PS 2590 or permission of Department Chair.
