Course Description
This is the capstone experience for the economics major. This capstone course integrates economic theory, empirical analysis, applied research, and professional communication. The course requires completion of a supervised research project that includes: writing and a summative oral presentation at the end of the semester. In addition students will take the Major Field Test (MFT) in economics. Prerequisites: EC3301 (EC301) and EC3302 (EC302); economics major with senior status or permission of the department chair. Offered: Spring only.
