Academic Reports

Academic reports of final grades are available at the end of each semester. Reports are not to be represented as official transcripts.

Midterm grades are given to all students at the midpoint of the fall and spring semesters. Midterm grades provide students with timely feedback on their academic progress, allowing for meaningful advising conversations, earlier academic intervention, informed decision-making on possible withdrawal, and encouragement to those performing well. These grades are not part of the permanent record and will not be used to determine enrollment status or eligibility for athletics or financial aid.

Students who wish their academic report released should make the request online at https://jcu.edu/registrar/faq/transcripts or through their Banner account at least two weeks in advance of need. To protect students and alumni, no telephone requests for transcripts will be honored. The University reserves the right to make judgments regarding the release of grades to government agencies or others making bona fide requests for information.
